As the Director of Public Affairs, Vivian has leveraged her relationships within the healthcare industry and across the state to address key challenges to the Central Valley.

She firmly believes that no one should have to travel down the hill to receive world-class healthcare that is available in Kern County, especially as it is provided by a system of care whose mission is to inspire God’s love through health, wholeness, and hope.

Vivian serves on the board of the Kern County Cancer Foundation and the Boys and Girls of Kern County, and is a member of the Kern County Food Policy Council, Women Leaders, and Bakersfield East Rotary.
