Kim Huckaby

Kim Huckaby is the President & CEO of Kim Huckaby & Associates, Inc. Kim works as an expert witness, consultant and currently serves as a Senior Government Affairs Advisor for the Fresno and Bakersfield Associations of REALTORS®. With over a decade of leadership throughout California’s Central Valley, Kim has been a driving force in advocating for REALTOR® members, navigating complex legislative challenges, and strengthening community ties through impactful advocacy initiatives.

In 2018, Kim chaired the California Association of REALTORS® Government Affairs Committee, solidifying her reputation as a trusted and influential industry leader. A recognized authority in public policy, she played a pivotal role in reforming the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program at local, state, and federal levels. Her expertise extends across candidate and issue campaigns, grassroots advocacy, media relations, leadership development, and navigating intricate policy and political landscapes.

Kim’s distinguished career includes serving as CEO of the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS®, CFO of the Golden Empire Multiple Listing Service, District Director to U.S. Representative Jim Costa, and Chief of Staff to Kern County Supervisor Leticia Perez and as a veteran political consultant for numerous successful political and issue-based campaigns.
