Dr. Cassandra Little, a dedicated professional with a visionary outlook, due to unforeseen circumstances she was forced to serve as the Project Manager for the Fresno Metro Black Chamber of Commerce’s Clean Shared Mobility Network Project over the past 1.5 years.  Driven by her passion for community and the need sustainable solutions, she spearheaded the Bizwerx Mobility project that will provide clean transportation mobility options to underserved communities. Her leadership facilitated partnerships with local businesses and government agencies, fostering innovation in clean energy and urban mobility. Under her guidance, the program has launched and is preparing to increased community engagement and reduced carbon emissions. Dr. Little’s relentless commitment to environmental stewardship and economic empowerment is undeniable. She is poised to indelible mark on Fresno’s future.

Cassandra D. Little Ph.D. brings a long history of entrepreneurship and commitment to economic equity to FBMCC. She owns and operates CARE Consulting and Coaching Group where she provided Life, Career, Sports and Executive Coaching services to Small Businesses in Northern California, Southern California and Nevada. She has her Doctorate degree in Counseling Educational Psychology and a Masters in Social Work.  As an Entrepreneur her goal is to Inform, Inspire and Invigorate her clients.

Prior to her new role as the Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Little served as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Fresno Metro Black Chamber Commerce.  She is also a Certified ELI Mindset Entrepreneur Trainer for the Who Owns the Ice House training program and the Program Manager for the FRIENDS Program.

Dr. Little is a true believer in the importance of utilizing education and entrepreneurship as a means to accessing economic mobility. Dr. Little is currently an Adjunct Professor at Fresno Pacific University School of Social Work. and California State University Fresno, Criminology Department.  She also provides consultation services to the Fresno City College Student Equity Department.

Through out her career, Dr. Little has provided seminars, workshops, speaking engagements and conferences on the following topics: Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, Higher Education, Cultural Competency, Mass Incarceration, Entrepreneurship, Child Welfare, economic justice, Juvenile Justice, child welfare, youth development, wellness, trauma, and Social Justice.

She has dedicated her career to empowering others and encouraging them to embrace their limitless possibilities, to identify their purpose, harness their passion,  use their energy to persevere through barriers and, to always formulate a plan to act.  She is committed to the Fresno Metro Black Chamber Commerce’s mission to always engage, educate and empower Black Small Businesses in the Central Valley.

For peace, love and joy Dr. Little enjoys singing Karaoke, writing poetry, performing spoken word and inter-generational discussions with her young adult son. She plans to use her story and life experiences to uplift, encourage and empower others.
