William Bourdeau is from a fourth generation Central Valley family. He was born and raised in Coalinga where he served as a local city councilman. Currently he is the Executive Vice President of Harris Farms Inc, one of the largest integrated farming operations in the Central San Joaquin Valley.
Prior to Harris Farms, William had a rich career in finance and also served as an economics professor at West Hills College. William also served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 2001.
William has served on the boards and committees of numerous community organizations. Currently he serves as the Chair for the Valley Future Foundation, the Chair for the California Water Alliance, the Vice Chair for the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority and is on the board of directors for the Westlands Water District, the Jack Harris Memorial Scholarship Foundation and the West Hills College Foundation.
William earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fresno State and his master’s in Business Administration from University of Nevada-Reno. William is also a Certified Public Accountant.
