Dave Dmohowski

Dave Dmohowski is the Executive Director with the  Home Builders Association of Kern County, where he serves in a leadership role advocating for the housing and construction industry in Kern County. In this capacity, Dave engages with public agencies, industry partners, and community stakeholders on issues related to land use, permitting, infrastructure services, and regulatory matters that impact homebuilding and regional development.

Through this work, he contributes to advancing policies and initiatives that support local housing production, infrastructure coordination, and the interests of builders and related businesses across the region.
